So I have ADHD, and there's a technique that people with ADHD use to complete tasks like studying called body doubling, where someone else sits in the room with you and does their own task. For some reason, it often helps someone with ADHD to stay on task. This video is an absolutely perfect substitute for body doubling when there's no one else around, so thank you thank you thank you. You are genuinely helping a girl out over here :)

It’s a neurodevelopment disorder which is characterized by executive dysfunction, most notably an inability to regulate attention, impulsivity, and physical and mental hyperactivity.
