You're not supposed to watch this video, instead, you're supposed to play it in the background while you study with me. This study with me is 2 hours with no music, and includes four 25 minute Pomodoro sessions. I hope this video gives you some study motivation!
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system that helps you learn how to focus. Using this method, you break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks. These intervals are referred to as pomodoros. After about four pomodoros, you take a longer break of about 15 to 20 minutes. The idea behind the technique is that the timer gives a sense of urgency. Additionally, it trains you to focus better because you know you'll have a break at the end of each Pomodoro session. How do you stop procrastinating? By training yourself through repeated focus sessions. You can increase the 25 minute chunks to 50 minutes over time.
