that little thing in the bathroom is not actually a toilet is called a "bidé" (in Portuguese) and it's pretty common in Portugal and Spain I guess, you can use it to wash your feet or your private parts 😂 anyway hope you have a great time in Spain!

Hahaha. That "urinal" is a bidé. It is used to wash your ... and/or your ... everytime yo go to the toilet so that you don't have to take so many showers along the day (I presume you are a clean person and wash your private parts everytime it is needed).
