what were your grades in maths and physics? I wonder because I'm thinking of studying this but I'm not sure I can handle the math... Is the math in highschool comparable with the math you get in mechanical engineering?

If you're finding difficulties with advanced mathematics courses in high school and don't have the motivation to get good at them, one can hardly recommend engineering overall as it's incredibly maths depending.
