Many famous Muslim scholars and preachers are graduates of Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, which is almost the strongest Islamic university in the world With the Islamic University in Madinah. King Saud University is the best Arab university in the world rankings, its religious colleges are strong, and it has also produced many well-known students of Islamic science in the arena. And all these three wonderful universities give scholarships to foreigners. This is different from other universities such as Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah, Qassim University, King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, etc.

Yes you need a letter of recommendation. Look for recomendations from local people who studied at the universities that you are targetting and also some saudis sheikh when they visit your country especially your local mosques.
