I’m a non-eu national living in Ireland and I’m amazed how cheap the fees is in Italy . In Ireland the fees for non eu is about 50k a year which is insane! Thanks for the info ☺️

You will need to talk to your embassy, but in general you can only pre-enroll into 1 public university a year.

Transfers are only really accepted from students already in medicine and in an English course, your best bet is to do the İMAT

We have a a pavia interview that should give a rough idea of the cost of living, and no universities really have a graduate entry. It's all through the IMAT, but if she gets credits approved she could probably skip a few exams or years

Public education is essentially fee costing a maximum of 3000 Euro for even the wealthiest of families, and just 156 euro for those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, so Italy doesn't need a student loan system and hence they're basically non-existent.
