Sir, the map of India in the BRI members image wasn't correct. Secondly sir, I have been suggesting this for a long time that Quad requires a Permanent HQ/Secratariat at one of these 3 locations- 1. Car Nicobar Islands, India 2. Cocos Island, Australia 3. Palau Island, (Country in Oceania where US has proposed a base) Quad requires a Permanent HQ to oversee implementation of all the Quad led initiatives in the Indo-Pacific from Joint Satellites Tracking initiative to organising Defence Cooperation & exercises in the Indo-Pacific to helping with Disaster Relief Initiative where Quad members can help other Island countries in the region etc. thus gaining their trust & building influence. I feel Car Nicobar Island could be a good choice because firstly it's right at the mouth of Malacca Strait & secondly IAF already has an Airbase (where even Naval Aircrafts like P8I can station) & Indian Navy can develop a Naval port in this island in addition to the already present port in Port Blair. Since India has a Logistics Sharing agreement with other Quad partners & various other countries so this Naval port can be used by them for docking, refilling etc. So this will provide security to the entire Indo-Pacific region & specially rhe proposed Quad HQ at Car Nicobar from Chinese Presence. Other than this, it's high time India stops viewing Andaman & Nicobar from only security perspective but also from economical perspective. Central Government should invite a consultant for planning a proper world class city (possibly from an area on whose lines you want to develop this city). Develop Little Andaman on the lines of Singapore or Hong Kong or Bangkok type city. Little Andaman has a bigger area so can be chosen in comparison to Car Nicobar to develop a proper world class city. Make it easier for FDI to pour in this particular island. It could be done on the lines of Hong Kong or Singapore where they made it a Special Economic Zone where Companies didn't have to pay Taxes for say the first 20 years & thus could establish their bases & operate freely without any tough regulations or costs. This could act as a Tax Heaven of sorts. All the Trunk Infrastructure could be provided by the Central government like good Road connectivity (within the Island as well as to other nearby islands), a jetty for Ro-Ro service, a Mega Transhipment Hub, International Airport, Power & Water Supply, Basic Education & Healthcare facilities (advanced ones can be built with time including a possible AIIMS for Andaman & Nicobar) Though it should be assured that to power this city only Green/Renewable forms of Energy are used be it solar or wind. Greenery on the island in the form of Urban Forests etc. should also be ensured. Preparing storage facilities to store energy would also be the job of the Central Govt. Develop the beaches for Eco-Tourism. Promote setting up of Eco-friendly industries by giving them additional incentives. It could not only add a lot to our overall Economic Growth in terms of GDP but since many companies from all over the world would have their stakes in this city so it will increase the value of Andaman & Nicobar Islands globally & hence countries apart from Quad would also try to secure their interest by deploying their Navies in the nearby areas (not exactly in the Little Andaman Island) to maintain supply chains thus countering Chinese belligerence in the Indo-Pacific.
