कर्ज माफी का फायदा अधिकतर बड़े किशानो को ही होता है जो सरकारी बैंकों से कर्ज लेते है छोटे किशानो को तो इससे कुछ ज्यादा फायदा नही होता है क्यो की अधिकतर छोटे किसान साहूकारों या सेठो से कर्ज लेते है और उनका ब्याज दर बहुत ज्यादा भी होता है इसलिए ये साफ है कि कर्ज माफी का फायदा कुछ चुनिंदा किशानो को ही होता है जिनके पास बहुत ज्यादा जमीन होती है और वो सछम भी होते है कर्ज चुकाने के लिए फिर भी हमारे देश के भोले भाले किशान राजनीतिक दलों के बहकावे में आकर कर्ज माफी के जुलूस में बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेते है इससे सरकार पर दवाव आता है और वो कर्ज माफी तो कर देते है लेकिन उनके आगे के विकाश के लिए कोई परियोजना नही लाते है इससे लांग टर्म में किशानो का ही नुकसान होता है खास कर उन छोटे किशानो का जिनको नही कर्ज माफी का फ़ायगा मिलता है और नाही सरकार की तरफ से पैशो की कमी के कारण ध्यान दिया जाता है।

हम भी किसान परिवार से आते हैं। किसानों का दुख प्रकट नहीं करना चाहते हैं लेकिन विवश होकर करना पड़ता है।किसान का हालात बदतर हो चुका है ।पिछले 60 वर्षों से किसानों की आत्महत्या होता ही आ रहा है। सरकारों की नीतियों के कारण। आजादी के समय 70% कृषि पर आश्रित था। लेकिन आज घटकर 48-49% रह गया है। कोई किसान का बेटा खेती करना नहीं चाहता क्यों? मध्यम और छोटे किसानों को कृषि से कुछ लाभ नहीं होता है रात दिन कड़ी मेहनत करने के बावजूद। हमारे देश में अधिकतर मध्यम वर्ग के किसान हैं। छोटे प्लॉट वाले हैं जो प्रकृति के सिंचाई पर निर्भर रहते हैं।कुछ राज्यों के कुछ जिलों में तो सिंचाई सुविधा उपलब्ध हुआ है ।यदि फसल उपजाऊ होता है तो लागत मूल्य नहीं मिल पाता क्योंकि मंडियों का अभाव है । मजबुर होकर कम दर पर ही बिक्री कर देता है। जो बैंकों से कर्ज लेता है और पूंजी लगाता है पूंजी वापस नहीं आ पाता। पंचवर्षीय योजनाओं में भी कृषि के लिए कदम उठाए गए हैं लेकिन जमीनी स्तर पर काम नहीं हो पाता है योजनाएं सरकारे बदलती रहती है और एक दूसरे की योजनाओं को बंद करती रहती है और अधूरी रह जाती है भ्रष्ट अफसरों के कारण। सरकार कृषि के लिए दो-चार योजनाएं लाएं और जितने शुरुआत की गई है उसको सही ढंग से जमीनी स्तर पर कर्मचारियों द्वारा काम करवाने। समय-समय पर आधुनिक यंत्र किसानों के लिए उपलब्ध कराएं। कम लागत में उन्नत किस्म का बीज उपलब्ध करवाएं। मंडियों को तेजी से विकसित करें। अन्नदाता के लिए बेहतर से बेहतर बड़े कदम उठाए जाएं ताकि 10 12 सालों में हम किसानों का बदलाव हो ताकि कर्ज चुकाने में असमर्थ ना रहे। किसानों को पिछले 70 सालों से ढका जा रहा है,सांसद लोगों को चुन के भेजते हैं और आपस संसद में दो ढाई गुना अपना वेतन बढ़ा लेते हैं और सरकारी कर्मियों को सातवां वेतन अठाआ वेतन लागू करने में लगे रहते हैं। हर विभाग का सरकारी कर्मचारी धरना प्रदर्शन करते हैं अपनी मांगे पूरी करवाते हैं उस समय पर देशों की जनता को किसानों को दिक्कत नहीं होती है अरे जब किसान रैलियां करते हैं उस समय सभी को दिक्कत होना शुरू हो जाती है अर्थव्यवस्था और बैंक घाटे में जाने लगता है। दर्द होना शुरू हो जाता है। हम किसान भी जानते हैं कि बड़े बड़े किसानों का ही कर्ज माफ हो पाता है लेकिन ध्यान में रखते हुए मध्यम छोटे वर्ग किसानों को कर्ज माफ किया जाए। किसान एकता बनाए रखें अब सरकारों को किसानों की अनदेखी भुगतना पड़ेगा। जय जवान 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 जय किसान🚜🚜🚜🌲🌲🌲🌳🌳🌳

My dad is retired Airman from IAF and currently bank manager in SBI. What he said about loan wavier of framers to me was really shocking for me. He told loan wavier of farmers has nothing to do with politics and welfare of hardworking farmers. It's whole purpose is to save black money. Because farmers takes majority of their loans from small and cooperate banks. These banks most of the time are owned by politicians and these politicians and their friends invest/deposit their black money in these bank. Farmers lends money from them and eventually fail to pay back. If farmers fail to pay back money these politicians will lose their money. But if government wave off farmers loans then farmers loan will be paid off by government and that black money of politicians and elite will turn into White. Farmer will get profit of few lakhs but politician will make crores.

I belongs to typical Maharashtrian farmer family. We have a joint family with my uncle . We own total 12 acres of land at 3 different places ( not having whole 12 acres land continues comes limitations on land development activities) . My village and nearby area mostly grows Onion as a market crop , other crops such as wheat , chana , sometimes vegetables crops ( depends on water availability) and some fodder crops. This year not even 20 ml rainfall occurs in my area . It's totally droughts like conditions. Yet we manage to cultivate 8 acres field because of irrigation ( it's lift irrigation project so farmers have to pay only elecricityt Bill which is around 1000 rs per acre which is affordable) but thousand of issues nd disputes arise while collecting it so we villagers find a solution on that ,this year we had a grampanchat elections we decided to make it unopposed by auctioning the seats. This is how we collects around 35 lakh rs from candidates, ( sab log ameer hai lekin sabka gaon gareeb hai ) which r we using to pay that electricity Bill for irrigation project which also helps to get water on right time. Now comes to my family ,from this 8 acres we have a 6 acres of onion field this year, which we r accepting to cultivate in January nd February . But now look to the onions rates its almost 2-4 rs per kg ( because poor export policy and high production also) which is equal to the 1/3 of the input cost . Exactly 1 year back it was 30 rs per kg ( last year we earn 7 lakh rs including my family's efforts ) but this season it is impossible, as yet we invest 1.5 lack .What we want is that make open market to export onions irrespective of local market price and inflation rate. It's time to take step ahead for Agricultural globalization. We have to export continue to acquire foreign market's and for good returns to farmers. Now comes to loan waiving issue , last year Maharashtra government waive the farmers loan , while looking in depth we Will find it is well organized best scheme that because , 1. Max 1.5 lakh per family 2. Direct beneficiant transfer. 3 . No loan waive for class 1 & 2 gov. servants nd politicians and higher class also 4. Those who repay their loans they Will get 15% of return , nd so on So ultimately we can't say farm loan waivert is Good or Bad , but need to go in depth and focus the main problems how we make farmers independent

I am an engineer . And this topic clears all my doubts regarding this issue. 1.The main issue is the lack of infrastructure. I wish i could make very cheap irrigation system for farmer in future. I am also a farmer and an IT professional, I have been experiencing from past 3 years we are struggling to get good MSP for our crop and also most of the former takes loan from unformal resources which is causing this problem moreover i would like to suggest govt of India to follow steps what govt of Telangana is heading towards by facilitating irrigation project like Kaleshwaram Irrigation project also instead of loan viewer Govt should assist beginning of every yr like Telangana Govt started the last yr by offering 4k/ 1hector that will solve the issue.

Way ahead or alternatives to farm waivers: 1. An integrated National Agriculture Market 2. Better implementation of crop insurance schemes 3. Bringing more area under irrigation and reducing dependence on monsoon rains and adoption of efficient irrigation practices (more crop per drop). 4.Creating awareness and Encouraging farmers to take loans from formal sources. 5. Job creation in rural areas. As govt. has endeavoured to make it easy for a businessman to exit his business similarly it should endeavour to help those who want to exit farming. 6. Value addition in farm products. 7. Periodic review of existing schemes and improving them based on ground level realities.

Loan waivers have become a part of corruption nowadays..Farmers are now using this as a lollipop...Why they dont demand government for good seeds , better facilities ??? the whole thing is that , farmers has made this a propaganda...Well I am not against them but they need to understand about their economy...If these type of practice s will continue in future then mind it our economy will suffer very bad situation....I strongly condemn this practice!!!

People here talking about farm loan waiver in negative manner or who call it as tax payers money looting have very low knowledge how agri commodities works in India. All agri commodities are under control in govt. of India. To control price govt. interfere in pricing, like purchase at decided pricing, control on export & import. In return of that govt gives farmers subsidies, schemes & tax exemptions but, sadly that's not working in favour of farmers & they are in big big trouble. Mother of all our problems is corruption. It's very complex matter

the only stupid in this country is the middle class, they work 9 hours in office, spend 3 hours in traffic to reach home, pays high tax, remain stuck in traffic, have to send his kids to private schools, private hospitals and exploited by them. they have office they can't come on street and burn buses. Farmers on the other hand are endangering all life, for ex NPK(Nitrogen-potassium-phosphorus) ratio in soil should be 1:1:4 in soil , in Punjab its 1:19:61. let that number sink in. farmers are polluting soil, underground water and eventually air by burning waste. this cause health problems in consumers eventually sending them back to hospital and this cycle of exploitation continues. Farmers are a burden , the only budget they should get is education budget, knowledge of supply and demand. Farming is a business not a service. time we recognize this or someday tax payers will wake up against this forced charity. Democracy is falling us.
