वैसे तो इस्लाम में शादी को एक समझौता माना जाता है लेकिन आज के समय में हिंदू समाज ने इसे वास्तव में समझौता बना दिया है। अगर लड़के की अच्छी नौकरी या पैसे वाले परिवार का है तो अपनी लड़की उसके यहां बेचने* में थोड़ी भी देरी नहीं लगाते।

I think Hon'ble judge is in error Hindu marriage is a contract between Two people(There are Rules) If provision is not given,then it cannot be terminated (To make a contract marriage , constituitional Amendment required to Hindu Marriage Act) (Few Clauses)

Ek case yad aa gya, usme ladki ko talak chahiye tha aur ladka mna kar rha tha starting se, yha to fir bhi consent diya hai ladki ne, us case me judge ne kha ki jabardasti thode rkh sakte ho... Same logic ladko ke case me mar jata hai judge logo ka... Simple logic hai ladki ke hisab se court faisla sunate hai... Koi ground matter nhi krta, kyuki same ground pe ladka log ka koi sunwayi nahi hai

In Islam marriage is a contract between men and women with two witnesses from both sides and the ultimate witness is Allah . Actually the divorce in Islam is much more difficult than the marriage.

Kuchh nahi har case me paisa involve hota hai aur is case me bhi tha. Isliye wife baad me palat gayi. Dusri baat court ne wife ko ye kyun nahi puchha ki pehle Divorce keliye haan kyun kaha aur fir mana kyun kiya? Aur iske baad hindu dharm ke anusar to divorce ka prvadhan hai hi nahi, to fir ye Divorce ka law hi hata do. Sab paise ke pichhe pade hue hai.
