44: The History of the Judiciary Part 1 (Article)

Today I’ll be reading the first part of an article published at www.judiciary.... about the history of the judiciary in England and Wales. Today we’ll be covering the first 500 years of evolution and in the next episode we’ll deal with the next 500 years.
This episode marks the first episode in the course English Legal System (module 3): Courts and Tribunals. In future episodes we’ll be giving more detail about each court and tribunal as well as about the people who work in the courts.
