Hi. Where can I find the recently removed videos? I'm assuming that they were removed due to the start of a new educational year.

Will you upload the old videos? They were so helpful, and I was part-way through working through them. Thanks.

Unfortunately not. I won't get into the reasons why, but just know that these new lessons are going to be more detailed, cover more theoretical content and also be updated for 2023/24 studies

A friend of mine, at 56 years of age, with not a blemish on his record, was accused of sexual assault. He was accused of putting his hands in a woman's shirt. With no evidence, the CPS made the decision for it to go to Magistrate's court. He paid £6000 for a solicitor to represent him. The case then was upgraded to Crown Court. The solicitor then told him that it would cost him is excess of £20, 000 to defend himself. In the meanwhile, he lost his job of 22 years working with vulnerable adults. He didn't have the money to defend himself so was forced to plead guilty in order to reduce any sentence passed. In the end, he was tagged for 6 months, with a 2 year suspended sentence, had to pay her £1000 and has been labelled a sex offender. He can't get a job and a man that has paid into the tax system can't get a job and is on benefits of just over £80 a week. Guilty until proven innocent- a prime example of British "Justice" system., a prime example of the state this country is in!

Why he didn’t tell the court to do a DNA test ? In that case he will be able to prove his innocenty

Nothing goes that far without evidence. He did it.

@@thisguynamedbrian Where was the evidence.? No witnesses, no DNA, and no prior criminal record. The only thing they had against him is that he couldn’t afford representation at £20,000.

@@yohanlash She would have "washed" herself after being "violated". DNA is hard to find especially if a long period has passed between the crime, and the court hearing; and especially if the DNA is on (or in) another individual. Unless she got pregnant, but I think that a test would have happened then and there. Quotation marks because of my lack of knowledge for the truth in this. Either it happened, or didn't, idk.

do you know that most sexual assaults cases are dismissed even if there's a ton of evidence? if it got that far he's DEFINITELY guilty

It was James VI (6th) of Scotland, and I (1st) of England, not IV (fourth) of Scotland. You must have misread it.
