Stuff and Things LLC Review. Kel-Tec CMR30 extended mags, foregrip and charging handles

These are my thoughts on the CMR30 upgrades from Stuff and Things LLC.

I’m pretty sure S&T is like a one man operation and he 3D prints everything. I got mine and immediately noticed the same problem. Solution take a file and a dremel to the inside of the magazine extension and the follower and you should be able to make it work how it should. They should work when you get them considering how much they cost.

@@Robertsmith-un5cu honestly I’ve considered it a lost cause, out of the 2 I bought I could only get one 50 working right and even then you’ll need a speed loader to properly seat the rounds. I’d just buy a bunch of oem 30 round mags and only load 20.

I was gonna test it last week but with my luck I had a squib on round5

I got the squib out while at the range but I couldn't get it to cycle properly after that. Pretty sure there is carbon buildup in the camber. I have to clean and retest

I ordered 2 of these and they worked fine until thr 3rd use, then they would jam up and not feed. I emailed the owner several times with no response, they look cool but they don't function and there is no warranty. Bad bad business model

what often happens with this type is that the magazine is often not loaded, the ammunition often gets stuck, what's wrong with this weapon, a mgazine or what 😢

The pmr, cmr platform has enough feeding issues with the factory 30 round mags. Besides the fact that that monstrosity just looks ridiculous.

Have you had any problems with feeding when you first got her? I have one that will not feed and don't want to send back!

Yes, it's an issue with your mag release. Buy the mcarbo mag release. The factory mag release doesn't hold the mag high enough for the round to land on the feed ramp.

Ordered thanks hope it works out I love the gun! I have many calibers but 22 mag has a soft spot in my heart!

Update. It's installed and runs great if I only have 15 rounds in the mag anymore and it's malfunction after malfunction!

I used Winchester ammo I'll try again and with my usual CCI maximag ammo. If anything changes I'll pin an update in this comment section

I have been using Winchester hollow points tho. I haven't seen target ammo in a month or so.
