Short grain rice (two and a half cups)
Salt for soaking (1 tablespoon)
Warm water for soaking (about two liters)
Cabbage (1 large head)
Water for boiling cabbage (about 4 liters)
Lemon juice for boiling cabbage (juice of half a lemon)
Rice seasoning ingredients
Tomato paste (tomato molasses) (2 tablespoons)
Pepper paste (capsicum molasses) (1 tablespoon)
Vegetable oil (half a cup)
Pomegranate molasses (half a cup)
Chopped or finely chopped tomatoes (3 pieces)
Mashed garlic (1 tablespoon)
Ground cumin (1 teaspoon)
Coffee (1 teaspoon)
Chopped parsley (half a bunch)
Finely chopped mint (1 cup)
Salt (1 and a half tablespoons)
Black pepper (1 teaspoon)
Dried mint (1 teaspoon)
Sweet paprika (1 tablespoon)
Water for cooking cabbage: one and a quarter liters
Salt (amount as desired)
