Ha! So we didn't. I suppose it "technically" doesn't matter, as it's only once you have more than 1 die that things can happen - as long as the value is random :) But, a mistake is a mistake, good catch!

I would recommend that you Leap adjacent to the crawly, where point of interest #1 is, then solve that action but leave at least the 2 green dice plus 1 purple die to attack the dark heart. The leftover purple die could be used in the point of interest if it's needed or as a search action just before attacking dark heart. Then, you guessed it! Attack that blanket thief!

"Take a taste of my rubber band slingshot, heartless creep", said flops as he raised his rubber bands to strike, filled with fanaticism, aiming for the head, rolling both the purple dice. BTW: Roll the black dice and resolve its effect....in the check threat step

Yep! Won't change anything at this point, as it only triggers if it matches another die on the threat track - but a mistake is still a mistake - good catch!

Opinions on what makes games fun are too varied for me to want to try to assess that for other people - my hope is that the videos can present the games as they are to help you in the decision making process though. fmoros I think this one would be better as it slowly introduces rules as you go and has ton of story moments and choices to make. This was my one game for this year I am buying. I pre ordered and waiting patiently

At the start of the game pep used the purple die to move, he stated using it as a green dice. I thought that purple could act as a die but didn’t become that die, so could you really use purple as a green and not take damage?

Great question! The purple dice can be used for movement like this. The rule about the purple dice not actually becoming that color relates to how it wouldn't trigger certain abilities or bonuses that require a certain color. Using them for movement or skill tests is perfectly fine!

I guess it will depend a bit on how roughly they are treated, but I believe they could stand up to some pretty tough use.

Hops closed his eyes and took a deep breath. With trembling fingers he pulled back on one of his rubber bands, a blue one, the color of little girls blanket. He waited until he had a clear line of sight to the dark heart. "For the little girl!" (use one green dice from the pool shoot the dark heart, instead of rolling spend the heart and use Perfect Agility to auto succeed.) Before the first rubber band had struck it's target Hops pulled and fired a second striking it down. (Use the last green dice and the pink from the pool to fire on the Crawlie.) With the enemies downed Hops took a deep breath prepared. (Honestly I can't think of anything to do with the blue dice.)

This will be dictated by events that might occur in the story (basically, you'll be told by the game if the train ever leaves - if you haven't been told yet, then it is still there). Have fun!

Kinda seems like a lot of rules cruft for not a lot of gameplay decisions. Didn't see any particular case where there was a tough decision or non-obvious optimal path that would differ between players
