Hi Rachel, Week 5, I am getting a little ambitious😃 Making 2 of your recipes today. I started out with your stuffed french toast and it was DELICIOUS! "My Roy", thought it was a healthy version. I did not make the bacon with it but can see how the sweet and salty combo would definitely work. The orange/strawberry glaze was the perfect twist from traditional maple syrup. Next time will have a side of bacon and Roy has requested a sliced banana as well. For Sunday dinner I will be making your Country Fried Steak. mashed potatoes and corn/green beans. We are looking forward to it🥰

I wish I had a mother like you 😭 When I was little, I always wished I had someone to cook for me with the same love you have for cooking. I never had my mother and when I finally thought I had her, she passed away within 2 months 😭😭😭😭 I had barely graduated high school. It was soo devastating for me 💔💔 You are a great person!
