PASTA / SHELLS:-
Boil for 9 mins
BAKE TIME:-
Bake for 30 Mins @ 400 degrees covered
& 5 Mins uncovered .
MARINARA SAUCE:-
1 MED Onion (chopped)
2 TBL SPN Fresh Garlic (chopped)
2 TBL SPN Dried Basil
1 TBL SPN Oregano
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TBL SPN Tomato Paste
30oz Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 CUP OIL
SEASONED RICOTTA :-
32oz Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
2 Beaten Eggs
1 TBL SPN Granulated Garlic
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 TSP Dried Basil
1/2 TSP Oregano
1 TBL SPN Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
GARLIC BREAD:-
1 French Baguette
1 Cup Butter (soft)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Granulated Garlic
1 TSP Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Salt
GARLIC BREAD PREP:-
1.Pre-heat the oven @350 degrees
2.Wrap the bread in foil tight & bake for 10 mins
3.Unwrap & bake for 5 mins
