That looks very nice. I usually just make a plain mustard and mushroom sauce with my tenderloin. But did I miss the oven temperature and timing?

It’s a nice twist on the recipe. Oven temperature about 175oc and time 40min approx. Always probe your food/meat to ensure it has reached a core temperature of 75oc or above. Happy cooking.

@juliet D yes indeed it does as long as you pierce it. Other options would be muslin or I have seen empty teabag sachet that you can add your own herb selection. Thanks
