I’m unsure but I believe they would still spawn. Spike traps might help with this though

I can concur spike traps while seemingly primitive are super effective. Extra building hp and thorns. For air raids especially, but I can see those turrets so

As far as I'm aware there isn't a way to convert old survival worlds to playgrounds. If they change this i will share it :)
