Cheap fold out plastic top party tables may be a option to block wood chips and may last longer than plywood sheets especially if it rains. I picked up some at a thrift shop dirt cheap.

PVC pipe with moving blankets works really good. The blankets are heavy an pvc piping can be made to any shape or size you need for a project an won’t kill your bank account too.

I do have a question? I am looking to buy a 25 hp tractor. I visit Kubota dealer and JD and for the same size tractor the price is around $8000 more. Watching your videos makes me want the same tractor as you have. Question: do you like Summit better than JD? I watch the previous video about pro and cons but I think you have better understanding of the machine by now

The biggest thing I’ve found is resell….. If you ever sell off a JD you will probably get more back on the tractor then a Summit Tractor right now till their name gets bigger in the tractor community. For me the standard features of the Summit was what sold me on them. Just depends if you want a MSL loader, weighted tires, front 3rd function, and rear hydraulic……. I don’t regret buying it at all. Their service department has been great with the few leaks I had. I had parts at my doorstep the next day(Helps that I’m only like 5 hours from where they ship from). Should have a 50hr review coming out soon!

You can get a very well made Yanmar for less money than the summit. That’s with the belly mower and loader

The grinder works really well. How is the new tractor’s hydraulic flow (gpm)? Curious why you sold your Deer for an unknown company?

My old 2025r was 3.5gpm and this summit tractor is 4.8gpm. I actually have a video coming soon talking about why I decided on this tractor. Thanks for watching!

Ya I definitely wouldn't have gotten one if I didn't find this one used... I was looking at the fixed baumalight one for a long time but really wanted one that gave me more control and wouldn't hurt my neck as much lol

I have the woodland mills fixed unit (similar to baumalight fixed unit) was $2500 new and though not as nice as a swivel unit, it gets the job done. I probably have ground 200 plus stumps of varying sizes. It stays on the back of my tractor all summer I use it that much plus it makes a great rear ballast. Thanks for the video

@@McClureMadeOutdoors Better yet get some "extendable link ends" ( common with bigger & better tractors). They are expensive but the BEST thing to have on the back of a tractor 3point, since they offer security, flexibility, stability & ease of coupling. Have two tractors WITH Factory installed lower adjustable link-ends & 2 without ( what a pain). I tryed a "quickly hitchy" --- not quick,no positive side sway & got reduced to "junk" in a very short time. The "sloppy " add-on P_ts Quick hitches to the lower links are a "after-market " alternative to a lazy-sloppy excuse for hitching things up "right & tight".
