I wonder if a possible strategy on this level to deal with the camera thing is to take turns with someone standing on the corner at the table so the camera pulls out so you can see the customers, and then a server comes with the food to serve and is able to see. Then that person who just served stays for a moment to pull the camera for the next person to be able to see when they are serving. The camera issue just seems really difficult. You guys are doing amazing working around that difficulty!
