Stun Build Caesar vs Stun Agents! Can She Replace Qingyi?

Just rewatched the video and I just realized I uploaded the Error version of the recording! At 4:46 this is suppose to be the stun agents Solo Side by Side. They are still in the video so I will change the time stamps.

Your comments with damage with Ellen and Lyacon are different than what the video is showing us. On the Caesar team, Ellen is doing between 17k and 34k on her final basic attack string (unstunned). On the Lyacon team it was 11k and 24k (unstunned). On the stunned rotation, Ellen was doing 22k to 41K on that rotation, but we never got to see the damage on the Caesar team since the enemy was already dead. I suggest keeping Ellen on field in both rotations since is looks like the Caesar team is greatly outperforms the Lyacon teams by 64%.

I may be wrong here, but as I can see in the footage it seemed that Lycaon hadn’t activated his ice res yet, as he didn’t use Ex attack or assist attack. So if it was applied, maybe the damage will surpass Caesar’s?

Caesar outperforming Lycaon is consistent with on paper damage Calcs with Lycaon improving Ellen's Damage output (including stun up) by 69% (nice) and Caesar improving by 85% these numbers done specifically on MY Ellen so subject to change with differently built Ellens but Caesar doing the best will not change just the %'s but none of that calculates frequency of stun, so if there are extra stuns with Lycaon on the team then he jumps ahead again

something important to say its that caesar daze dps/burst is clearly worst than others stunners but she compensate with extremely dmg buffs. So she is clearly better at being a support than a stunner, we need to see if its better to caesar switch places with the support or stunned.

Caesar gives more dmg buffs but overall Caesar daze dps/burst is not the greatest losing to most stunners. Is something you needed to considered

To be fair, it would be ridiculous if Caesar was out-stunning the Stunners lol. That would make me question the Devs balancing capabilities a lot. Caesar is for those that want to play efficiently without having the Stunner on field for 90% of the fight. She lets you play your DPS more and allows them to have more field time. That's why her shield and buff durations are so long. (This does not apply to burst DPS like Zhu Yuan tho since they don't want to be on-field until the boss is stunned) However, if you want to keep Caesar on-field for most of the fight, you can. It just won't be as efficient as an actual Stunner which I think is fair. Do you agree?

Can't make up for Qingyi's stun multipler and seeing as Zhu Yuan is really the only character that actually NEEDS the stun window, Qingyi can't really be replaced in that comp. Other dps characters already work better with double support anyways so Caesar fits any other team

Ya Caesar's 1000 attack bonus and 25% dmg bonus applies for the entire fight. Qinqyi's 80% is just during stun

The way I see it is characters that need stun windows like Zhu and Corin are just bad characters, they're worse than Billy in fact. Because Billy can solo end game mode like Shity by himself but these two can't, it's the stunner carrying them and if you don't have premium stunner like Qingyi then it would be better to just bench them and use solo Billy instead because non Qingyi stunners are really bad.

Koleda does boost dmg. She boost chain dmg during stun by 70% but you need to EX to debuff the enemy. At least you aren't doomposting Caesar as much now but I think you still don't understand her value. How much she stuns depends on what you are fighting. Some stuff she may stun faster than Qingyi because she's the slowest Dazer in the game when I've seen all 4 played optimally side by side. Of course Qingyi works best with Zhu, they were designed for each other. Qinqyi won't be a better option in some other teams and even with Zhu you can run them both. Caesar gives 1000 Attack and 25% dmg buff that isn't just during stun. It's easy to maintain 100% uptime. Qingyi 80% bonus ( if fully stacked prior to stun) is ONLY during stun. Again perfect for Zhu. Her shield is really strong and as you said with Ellen it allows higher dps since you don't have to dodge. This will be huge against some enemies and with certain teammates. So yes she will be better for some teams and that not powercreep it's just team synergy.

Also wanted to chime in and include that Koleda has the best dodge counter daze % in the game by a sizable margin over all other stun agents (I think just at level 1 it’s around 400% and other agents need to hit level 10 dodge ability just to match that) and for that she’s really good against hyper aggressive enemies

Yeah Koleda boosts damage but when I was mentioning it I was more so thinking of a Stun % boost like Lycaon and Qingyi. Because it's no where near as good as theirs not to mention time consuming on some characters. I personally cancel my 3 chain most of the time and only do two characters Support into DPS or vice versa. I have them all compared here as well Koleda is the fastest with Energy but once she spends it she becomes extremely slow.

My only critique for this video is that I don't think Caesar should be compared in the way that favors the current stunners in the game. That time that the other stunners spend trying to build the stun bar is time that the DPS could be using do deal their damage uninhibited (due to Caesar's shield) and when you need to get that stun bar up, you should only be doing so in reaction to enemy attacks. Her kit is geared towards being a reactionary stunner and should be demonstrated as such at least once in the video (preferably against tankier enemies), especially in that S11 showcase.

I understand that point but I don't think people realize you don't gain the shield without Energy so I needed to leave her in the fight so that she could get enough energy to get her Shield up. Starting off with 0 is rough for any character to be honest. In terms of Soldier 11 video I mentioned how it's really unfair for Koleda many times since she is so energy reliant so I kept her in longer to make it more fair.

@@CyanTril-Zenless I think the video would have been a better demonstration if you took these units to end game content such as shiyu defense and held the test there while using each of the stunners how they were intended to be played. @@CyanTril-Zenless​​⁠you don’t need to go to shiyu defense exactly, you could have went to any of the end game modes that have a boss, such as the mode that gives ascension materials for A-F. I’ve seen this from other CCs, just that they didn’t compare stun against these bosses.

This was not the case with the previous version 1.1 . I wish people just listen instead of saying things like I didn’t try it 😂

I haven't tested it yet I plan on doing a video checking out multiple builds including anomaly Ceasar. So I will let you know when I get to it. But the team would probably not include seth and run Lucy instead. I haven't decided yet

Besides the first comparison with F2P Ceasar. Every run afterwards is using her Signature 5* W-Engine unless you mean other stunner Agent W-engines which isn't possible because she is a defense agent.
