Very nice old home. I love it, it's also very charming. I could see myself planting lovely flowers in the front and back. Did you show a space for the washer and dryer, perhaps I missed it. Thank you. My sister lives about 15-20- minutes away, this would be a great spot for me to live closer to her. I live in Maryland now and am looking to retire closer south in the next year or so.

American Colonial homes are generally characterized by a square or rectangular facade, a central entrance and windows symmetrically placed on either side of the entrance. They will generally have uniformly sized doors and windows. Thanks for watching !

It's a Colonial Revival as well as a classic example of the "Foursquare" (4 rooms on each level) houses that were so common in the 1920s. I'm glad the renovators didn't force an open plan downstairs like I too often see some do with these homes.
