Expensive property is what you expect to pay in Central London. The house itself use of space has been utilised well and of high quality. I like it how it’s tucked away discretely and to have a garage is gold dust in London. Great vid Daniel👏🏾👍🏾

Honestly love it.. for 6 million in center of London with a garage, 3 floors, home cinema, full automated house not to mention the luxury details in engineering and architecture in every room... I think it's a very normal price. There will always be room for more in terms of decor but this is very good. Thank you Daniel.

@lalita patpong Poland is probably a far better place to live in than England in many ways - at least nowadays. Especially considering this house is in London. Majority of London is a toilet.
@ToTaLePiCpEaNuT4 жыл бұрын
@lalita patpong I’ve been to Krakow. It’s far nicer, cleaner and it’s architecture is far nicer and far cheaper than most of London. For 6 million in Yorkshire you can build a massive stately home type place in a picturesque spot in a lovely village and you could have like 5/6 major in a relative short driving distance...

Nice sweeping statement. There are bits of pieces that are great - practicality and, in my opinion, taste wise. There are some that are truly horrid (spice rack around the corner forcing you to lean to see the spices; also huge mirror in the master bedroom, right above you). Either way, put a bit more effort into your analysis.
