I've spent maybe 5 mins on their website looking at the fish they have available and I'm already mind blown. i have spent so much time on the internet looking up different types of cichlids, but i have never ran across so many different species, especially not in one place...its just AMAZING, WOW. thanks for making this video. Gorgeous fish!! I use to breed ID Sharks. From quarter inch fries at birth, up to 10" when sold, was very cool! Lost it all in a house fire. My next door neighbors gas stove blew up, levelled their home, and cooked mine, and about 300 of my mini JAWS!! Was a very sad day! :((

I did some breeding with the convict cichlid (Amatitlania nigrofasciata). The stock I started with carried a gene that would express true albinism. I worked on producing a very small variety but I could not get the miniature version to breed and produce offspring. Evidently, the fish size has some kind of feedback mechanism to control the maturation of the reproductive organs. I did some research in aquaculture and you have a very fun occupation. Awesome work.

The male almost always kept his fins erect and the iridescent and powder blues on his cheeks and fins seemed to flash. Have loved them ever since. They were just lamprlogus tretacephalus back then.
