6 to 8 times a year, or ~26 days/year. Wife, 9 yo daughter, pair of 7 yo twins, Toyota Sequoia, High Altitude Trailers XT-50, iKamper RTT, and the blissful Rocky Mountains! We drag the trailer tongue through the dirt and over rocks too. Love your videos. They always leave me hankerin' for a trip.

I use bungie cords on my Overkill trailer chains. It keeps them off pavement/rocks and prevents snagging on tree roots. It happened on that once in a million chance. Fortunately it was low speed while backing into camp spot. Lesson learned.

Your daughter is spot on already when she says: “hello people of the universe”. Beyond her years already. That hurt watching that piece of steak slide off the plate 😱 I know that was a clip from the past but that doesn't make it hurt any less... I'll be heading out in a few weeks for south Texas and my itinerary going down is planned already but I'm going to play getting home by ear, maybe I'll hit some of those trails in Utah before I come home, looks awesome. I camp as much as I can although the past 4 years has mostly been spent taking care of my grandkids while my daughter works full time and is in CNA to LPN to RN school full time but she is finally graduating as an RN in less than 3 months so I will have a lot more free time for camping once that happens. I hope to get out at least once every couple months for maybe a week or two, I live in Washington so at least I'm not too far from a lot of great camping.
