I am doing winter trees so I would substitute white fuzzy yarn and paint stick with silver marker. Silver snow flake for top.

If you want patterns for Christmas trees mittens snowmen try using coloring books for patterns I do that often for ornaments.

I so love the tree. Amazing what can be done with twine. Can you remember once upon a time, they used it basically for one thing, parcels at the post office. But can I ask another question, one used to get a blonde color string, yet again for packages, etc. but it was tatty and hairy. Do you still find it anywhere. I think that would of worked crazy nice for a lot of projects.

They are silicone face mask applicators. Some Dollar Stores sell them in cosmetics section. I ordered mine off amazon as i could not find them in my Dollar stores where i live
