Yes they are! =) - there's no pets currently living in the home as its staged, but pets are allowed in the building and 2 cats are OK

Nice small condo unit. Not my style per say. If I were looking I would want 2 bathrooms, an open concept, walk-in closet. However, I do like the new fixtures in this unit. Very nicely done. may I ask what kind of rent can this or similar type of unit get? is it enough for the mortgage payment?

Thanks so much for the great question! In Calgary, when buying an investment property, you have to put 20% down. This 20% down really helps to have a positive cash flow as with today's interest rates it can be tricky even though rent has also gone through the roof in Calgary. For this unit, you could get $2200-2,500/month + utilities, which depending on what interest rate you get, and how much you put down, it's definitely possible!
