Thanks Lara! I am thrilled with the jacket because at first I really was disappointed with that 4 yards of fabric. Fortunately it worked out. I'm sewing up the Fabric Mart fabric now. The biggest challenge is matching patterns to the fabric. I got a lot of knits and I'm digging thru my knit patterns. Hope you have a fantastic week sewing!

Thank you Marilyn. I do love embroidery. When shopping for an embroidery machine, be sure the machine takes no smaller than a 5 X 7 hoop. You want 5 X 7 hoop and larger. My previous machine went up to an 8 X 12. My new machine goes up to a 9 X 14 hoop size. Most projects will need at least a 5 X 7 hoop size.

I have that pattern ! (And I also have some fabric from Fabric Mart that I am not sure of . … a polyester /cotton w Lycra bottom weight twill in a baby blue color ). Just getting back into sewing in my later years … looks like a good pattern for that material . Love Yours ! Great Job !
