The guy has skills but it doesn't look easy, so the bike must be hard to handle for normal skill levels

Chris Hart do you realise this is a 1000cc 240kg+ bike? Any bike in this class is not going to be easy compared to a smaller off road bike. The compact engine, lower weight and handing were some reasons I chose an Africa Twin over a 1200GS. The sport adventure version still has not been released where I stay.

I just mean you see these things all the time even some guy on a 1290 ktm doing amazing stuff off road, the average Joe would take a lifetime to do anything like that. I think all this amazing show off riding is a bit misleading to some people.

It's all these adventure bikes not just the Africa twin. It's a huge market being pushed much to hard.

Chris Hart you'd be surprised at how well the africa twin handles offroad for such a big bike. It's almost like riding a really big dirt bike. The same can't be said for the other bikes in this catagory apart from the ktm 1090. Obviously the marketing people are going to put a professional rider on it to show off what the bike can do. As long as you know your own limitations, there's nothing misleading going on.
