You really should be in action movies with all these beautiful stunts

Please never stop making videos, you are my motivation to live, because thanks to you I'm learning many cool movements, and when I'm doing it I'm just forgetting about that I'm lonely and I don't have any friends... Thanks Ronnie, you are the best

0:40 how do I do this type of front roll kip up?
@thephirebird5 жыл бұрын
With much difficulty
@thephirebird5 жыл бұрын
I haven't gotten it myself but you roll forward until you feel ur upper back/shoulders touch the ground and then you treat it as a kip up from there, shooting your legs up in the air & pushing the ground away w/ ur hands. :)

Serious question, im scared to go and fall on to concrete, is the teknique the same as when you fall into pads? Do you just throw yourself on to the ground and just take the pain? How do you prevent getting the wind knocked out of you?

Hi I got a question to ask. So I want to start parkour but I'm having a hard time. I go to the gym for about a year now and I'm going down the bodybuilding type of training. So anyways do I need to have low body fat to do parkour? I'm about 17 to 20% BF and I'm having trouble doing the basics. I don't know if I'm too heavy or not flexible or whatever. I know its going to take practice but would it be better if I lowered my body fat more to at least move forward in parkour training? Thanks!

You have some really good flow in your stunts, that make it look really genuine rather than being artificial o something.. You need to get opportunities in adventure type movies like Indiana Jones or Tomb Raider type, where normal people/character do stunts and stuff
