Rice is literally my favorite basketball player of all time - any level. When he was at Boston College, there was nobody more fun to watch. The guy always showed up and went toe-to-toe with the studs from the powerhouse Duke, UNC, etc. teams. Wasn't the tallest, wasn't the most athletic, and wasn't the quickest. But he was a killer. Love that guy. Thanks for the video.

I known him since we were 7 playing Junior Hornets basketball in NC. His skills were WAAAAY beyond other kids our age. He's always been a scorer first and that rainbow 3pt was always in his arsenal. Always been an excellent ballhander. Our 7th grade team in NC, he was our leading scorer. Then sometime in 8th grade he moved back to VA.

datalienigga I played with Ty in high school and his ball handling skills were always incredible since I known him as well. I remember our coach use to give us rides home and he would dribble the ball outside while the car was still in motion. The ball wouldn’t skip a beat. #RIPCave

Tyreese did the RIGHT thing not pursuing the NBA after he has great international basketball career and is still doing his thing. I knew his uncle Chip and his Aunt Angel (NC A&T Aggie Alums) and met him while he played against UNC. He's a prime example that the NBA does have scrubs getting guaranteed contracts, push away great players then try to get them at NBA minimum. Reminds me of what happened to Chris Tucker on Rush Hour when he wanted to be a FBI agent. Terrell McIntyre from Clemson is another player that went the same route as Tyreese. Please do Terrell McIntyre!!
