Maybe he is a bit of a douche, but, in order to enforce a no trespassing policy signs must be posted at every point of ingress. For woods they must be conspicuously posted on trees every 20 yards. No signs being posted the guard is not legally allowed to enforce the rule.

Bill M depends on the city, county and state on what distance and or place signs must be posted. To give you an idea if there is a gate even if it is open that is not an invitation for entry for someone without authorization to be within the gate. If someone's door is open and the gate to their property is open that is not an invitation in or on their property. No signs need to be posted in most states, cities and or counties. I have many properties retail, commercial and residential and no signage is required to trespass someone. If I see someone on camera I can call police/security and have them removed, its pretty simple. Mostly the signs are for tow trucks or commercial vehicles like delivery trucks. We have to have signs up for them, otherwise they will come in and tow a vehicle that has been repossessed but that practice is not allowed on a private property with signage.

Plus the driver probably did check their mirrors, and you know what they saw? A bike a hundred feet back in their same lane. Security guard here. There doesn’t have to be a “no trespassing” sign in order to trespass. All it has to be is private property and refusing to leave upon being notified. That’s it.

I rode an old Honda 450 "Deuce" in the 80's, purely for cheap transportation. Top speed of 80-85 MPH, down hill with a strong tailwind. What I continually see in these videos is bikers urging people to "watch out for them", to look before changing lanes or opening car doors for "filtering", to not text and drive, etc. But most of these two wheeler's WILL NOT just back off the throttle when someone up ahead is signaling to change lanes. Speed up, rev bomb, blast horn, flip finger, smash mirror, flip finger again, speed off. Courtesy should be a Two Way Street.

Swiss laws are weird. If you're 14 you can do a theoretical test and you get a license to drive one of those. With 16 you can drive a 50cc bike. Those things are allowed on bike roads becauae they also have pedals and only weak motors.

In the first video, there doesn't need to be a sign up that says no tresspassing in order for you to still be tresspassing. You don't go onto someone's yard and say I'm not tresspassing because there isn't a "no tresspassing" sign. Same thing with a private business or school that is normally open to the public.
