The Rocks net worth is 800 MILLION dollars and Oprah has amassed a cool 2.79 BILLION and they were gross enough to ask people who can't replace their dishwasher when it breaks. Still, he would be ostracised if it came out he voted for or endorsed Trump; if anything, Kennedy could be a safe option to Biden, but that comes with controversy, too, since RFK Jr. is not exactly keen on the validity of the COVID-19 vaccine. Besides, most Americans see when a celebrity like The Rock endorsing a political candidate from a major party. Dwayne Johnson didn’t say he wouldn’t vote for Democrats anymore. He said he wouldn’t endorse publicly a candidate… Meaning he probably doesn’t want to deal with the loss of business by the 50% of the population that would vote for the “other candidate”. He’s an opportunist and wants to make business with everyone and he found out that endorsing a candidate for President in the year 2016+ is a divisive thing to do so he won’t do it again. But it doesn’t mean he finally saw the light and would vote Republican… like many Hollywood persons, he will probably keep voting blue no matter who!

In fact, he broadcast it so much he endorsed someone. The fact he isn't saying his voting opinion this time comes off as disingenuous. He seems political more than anything. Whether or not he realized the country is incredibly divided, or whether or not he's lost business due to his endorsement, or whether or not he's still voting democrat isn't really known by the public. He probably should have said that endorsements aren't in his best interest and the politics backlash isn't for him and left it at that. The fact he's silent leaves a lot of assumptions. People's imaginations can run wild when they start assuming things. Also, to say, "It is my job then . . . to exercise my influence," is an interesting statement- who cares and if they do, why? The MAGA movement is very populist and there is an interesting backlash with celebrities who appear out of touch. Also, given the fact he spoke at the RNC years ago gives a lot of unanswered questions. Did he change views, and change again? A lot of people see him as a sellout and this interview in some perspectives doesn't help.
