[MOCK] ABS-CBN Station ID + The World Tonight OBB (1970)

I’ve had this concept for a while now, just didn’t know how exactly I would make it.
This was created with no intent to mislead or misinform people into thinking this is real, please do not take this as your own, especially if you claim it is the real thing. This is just my rendition of what it might’ve looked like. There is no footage from the World Tonight from pre-Martial Law, nor are there any footage of SIDS from that time.
There is a flaw here, as mentioned by others I put "Metro Manila" in the Station ID which wasn’t a thing until 1975. A more appropriate term would either be "Greater Manila" or just "Manila".
**Extra trivia - The beeping noises at the start of the World Tonight OBB is Morse code that translates to "THE WORLD TONIGHT".

I like this Video, And of course, during that time since from Pre-Martial Law Years up to 1986, Most TV Networks including ABS-CBN was used a lot of Pieces of Illustration Boards to Create a Drawings, the others are Cutting out the Pictures from the Newspaper and recorded on a Camera to create a TV Graphics Manually

@@josephastrudpineda2515 Yes, they used Bolex H16 and even Bell and Howell 70DL Cameras to film its News Stories that they can cover it, mostly that Covers the News on history was the Ruby Tower Tragedy in 1968, First Quarter Storm and the First Papal Visit in 1970 and the Plaza Miranda Bombing in 1971

Metro Manila wasn't existed in 1970s. There was Greater Manila Area and province of Rizal including Quezon City and Caloocan City.

clips are from various philippine archival footage between 1966-1970 sourced from different archives (though for the tv studios part at the beginning i used 1969 abs cbn studio footage and footage from a 1980 Indian news intro)

But the current news program are titled The World Tonight on ABS-CBN from 1966 to 1972 was followed by Former President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Sr. are closing ABS-CBN due the Declaration of Martial Law and later was reopening ABS-CBN was aired again on The World Tonight from 1986 to 1999 and replaced ANC or ABS-CBN News Channel from 1999 to present since the aftermath of EDSA People Power Revolution and Deposed the Dictator of Marcos to replace Cory Aquino as President among the several former and current Philippine Presidents including FVR, Erap, GMA, PNoy, Digong and currently BBM. But closing again on free broadcast of ABS-CBN since 2020 due the CDO of NTC on non-renewal of franchise and present of The World Tonight on ANC only was still the news only.

they only started full colour broadcasting in 1971. even if they already did full colour by 1970, i preferred to create this in b&w, as most material i was seeking to use for this mock were in monochrome.
