Which eufy Robot Vacuum Cleaner Should You Buy?

I absolutely love my X10. It cleans brilliantly, lives behind a chair, without struggling to get in and out of its base station and is the first robovac I’ve used that can cope with dog toys, cables and general stuff being left around the floor in a busy and sometimes less than tidy household. It never seems to get stuck… ever!

Great review much appreciated. I have just received my C20 and I am unbelievably impressed with this being my first robovac. Although I find myself wanting to upgrade already to the S1Pro for some unknown reason.

We have hard water in our area.. Is scale an issue for these machines?

I have all 3. I fyou need a great mop and don't have many corners in your house, the S1 is the best. If you have smaller swuare footage and many corners/edges and pets or lots of stuff on the ground, the X10 is best. If you don't have pets or many cables on the ground the C20 makes the most sense.

I don’t know about the pet comment re the c20 - seems to perform well for pets, and has the detangling comb too - so I’d definitely say don’t rule it out if you have pets!

Simple answer - hold out for one of those robot vacs with the creepy extending arms that pop out the top!? Black Mirror much? :D Excellent video, as always. Our Dreame L10s Ultra is now an adopted member of the family - we had a ceremony and everything (just an excuse for cake and beer).

I bought an S1 Pro when it was still in Kickstarter. We absolutely love it. Eufy recently added good Shortcuts support for it as well allowing us to use Siri to get it going.

Can any of these mop on a level that the base is not located on, or do they only mop on levels where the bas is located?

Only on level where the base is located it seems unfortunately. So guess I will move the base up and back down every month or so 😅

Unfortunately I don’t have much experience with the other two you mentioned, but in terms of value, the c20 comes close to offering the best value I’ve seen for a while, so you can’t go wrong 💪

Personally I think, that unless you have animals that leave much dirt on your floor, I would opt for the version with better obstacle recognition (which is the X10). Everyone has cables lying around so it's crucial that the robot recognises them. And if you clean every day, you will not have that dirty floors. But even if you have dogs, you should buy the the X10, because unlike the S1 it recognises dog poo.

Eufy sold in Singapore is an absolute scam. Changed of batteries thrice in 16 months, it's sensor often fails, and the distrubutor's response is always to change the batteries. I have a simple Xiomi that cost less, but runs better,. Plus, it has been 2 years and my Xiomi's battery is still as good.

Firstly, you don't need to use all capital letters. Secondly I recommend it because it unequivocally *is* the best. It's not just the best eufy robot, its the best cleaning robot i've tried so far... and i've tried many. There are other models i love for different reasons, but for sheer raw cleaning power, the S1 pro has the crown still. Buy what you want, but just because you aren't able to spend the money on the one i recommend - doesn't mean my recommendation is wrong.
