Our margin is typically 10% on PC builds which we think is reasonable The sale price is £1695 with the discount code YT105 (which appears to be in line with or better than offerings from Scan, Fierce PC etc. AWD-IT were a bit cheaper than us to be fair) £1450 parts cost; £7 box; £8 packing materials; £9.50 shipping label; £8 shipping insurance; £34 Shopify transaction fee =£178.50 gross profit (then 40% of this is lost to VAT and corporation tax) =£127.43 net profit And that of course does not take into account other running costs such as website hosting, email, phone line, marketing, time, accountancy software, warranty/repair claims, customer service We always encourage people to build their own if they prefer and it is a great way to save money whilst learning a fun new skill! I know that in these times especially, every £/$ counts, so even if you don't wish to buy or recommend, I'd love to see you in the next upload all the same 😎
