My lovely, you look lovely today. the make-up: parfait. Th e mic! Omg what an improvement in sound. The style: I'm feeling dumb. "Is this a style?? (my notes). "Elements of style" (Dion): biker jackets, leather jackets, slinky dresses, black. Okay, got that, those comprise a style, maybe minus the slinky dresses. "The Look" (Dion) classic grunge, whimsy goth, very old Hollywood (red lips, Audrey Hepburn), andro. There's that one discordant note again, old Hollywood. Otherwise, it's a "Look." But there's the "otherwise." I'm old, I'm dumb and I got up too early. I just don't *quite* get this. Like my adage, "you have to be addicted to something," I don't find it weird at all that Winona was arrested for shoplifting at Saks. My life was built on people being arrested. All of my best friends have been arrested. Addendum to adage: you have to be arrested at least once in your life. Loved it, doll-face, love YOU!
