One style tip I have is not actually style but it will help your style. Work out!!! Once you hit your goal, you probably won't need as much shapewear which will help you save money, obtain great health and beautiful skin (which will make you look more youthful and happy), and look much better in your clothes..

That is the best-case scenario but there are people who hate exercise, yes who actually hate exercise - The thought of a gym makes my blood run cold but I walk and ride a bike - Working out is not for everyone but being somewhat active is a necessity - Not everyone is a jock

@@carolirvine7663 Understood. But you don't have to be a jock to workout. Walking is getting exercise, especially if the intensity is high. I'm just saying, women can save money and look even better without the body snatch tricks under their clothes if they worked out, however, I understand that everyone is not going to like it, I don't really like it but I love my results. So, sometimes we must choose what we want over what we don't want to do. At the end of the day, it's about what the person's goals are. I don't want to wear shapewear, so I stay in shape. I also enjoy feeling and looking snatched all day, every day not just when I have shapewear on. I think it's a great thing to help you get to your goals but for me I couldn't wear that long term. The thought of me having to wear shapewear makes me feel bad. But I understand we have to do what's best for us individually. I wish you well.

Hello, I want you to know that I'm enjoying your channel. I'm 54 years young and everything that you've talked about is absolutely correct. I just donated all of my clothes this year that I'd been wearing for years but God said it was time to let all of it go so that He can bless me with NEW and it feels AMAZING!!!!!!! Also, I just recently purchased new bras and I am building a new wardrobe. I hear you about the teeth . That is a "situation " I have since childhood. I do not have naturally occurring white teeth. The dentist assured my mother and I that my teeth are strong and healthy. The trick I learned is to use red lipstick it makes your teeth look white. I also agree strongly with the shape wear; a well fitted and supporting bra goes a long way to a polished look.

I'm so glad I found this. I just turned 40 in December and just thinking about it makes me depressed sometimes. I know I should be grateful but I think of all the time that I've wasted,the weight that I've gained, etc and I start feeling down. I've been doing keto and working out but I woke up with my thighs in so much pain that I couldn't go to the gym for a several days. I felt defeated like,"am I really this old that I can't even workout without excruciating pain?" I'm still in pain but it's not as bad so I'm hitting the gym tomorrow morning but I've missed 4 days already and i feel like I'm not being consistent 🤦🏽‍♀️ Sorry for ranting I just don't have anyone to vent to. Ohhh sis. I'm so sorry. The body changes a lot as we age. I wish someone had told me that when I was in my twenties. I learned at 40 that I can't jump in hard and work out like I used to (I've pulled several muscles to prove it). Easing into it is the best routine. Give yourself some grace. You have more time ahead of you than you do behind you. Choose today to move forward and do better. If you're consistent the weight will come off, but slowly (like it came on). Good Luck Sis

@BlZacknBougie...I'm 57 yrs old also started keto diet and started walking. ...pulled a muscle or something happened in my hip joint and had to go to ER!! I'm still walking though.I just have to change my stride and wear better cushioned shoes. My point? Be glad that u are at the age u are & keep exercising. You deserve to be healthy 💛
