And the "figuring out" part also is no "secret sauce" it's a) experience and b) seeing when your opponent bites on the feints, he even explained one sign of seeing if he is primed: when he tries to catch low.

Hang on Mr. Bender it looks like you skipped a part. When I watch I'm seeing a specific high knee lift and that sweet pivot you do on the other leg. As an amateur, I've learned that probably the most important part to kicking is that pivot/turn from the other leg. When you watch expert kickers, that's where they generate power and effectiveness from. When I attempt question marks, it's harder to get the twist in one motion, so I believe it really is just the lifting of the knee into the second twisting motion rather than trying to get it at once.

Isreal Adesanya is a phenomenon. He was born in the same year as a cousin of mine. I used to look up to him growing up but his life turned out to be something I never wanted to be associated with. Izzy is like what would happen if my cousin tried to focus on being better. So when I watch Izzy fight it's like watching a big brother and you always want him to win.
