@@LugaruEvolutions not true. It's the subtleties ... and like he said ... "eye contact". That you can't catch that easily in video replay. What he doesn't give out is how he looks and how he figures out "the guy is ready". That's the secret sauce.

@@RunForPeace-hk1cu yeah, because feinting with your eyes is such a new concept.. ofc the high level people know about this stuff and are able to pick it up from video analysis. And the "figuring out" part also is no "secret sauce" it's a) experience and b) seeing when your opponent bites on the feints, he even explained one sign of seeing if he is primed: when he tries to catch low.

He said at the end this is "first variation." This isn't his only question mark kick, and as you saw in the Costa and Brunson fights, he can throw it as part of a combination, either leading (as in the Brunson fight) or the follow-up (the Costa fight). He's also able to throw from both the rear leg and from the lead leg.

Hang on Mr. Bender it looks like you skipped a part. When I watch I'm seeing a specific high knee lift and that sweet pivot you do on the other leg. As an amateur, I've learned that probably the most important part to kicking is that pivot/turn from the other leg. When you watch expert kickers, that's where they generate power and effectiveness from. When I attempt question marks, it's harder to get the twist in one motion, so I believe it really is just the lifting of the knee into the second twisting motion rather than trying to get it at once.

Isreal Adesanya is a phenomenon. He was born in the same year as a cousin of mine. I used to look up to him growing up but his life turned out to be something I never wanted to be associated with. Izzy is like what would happen if my cousin tried to focus on being better. So when I watch Izzy fight it's like watching a big brother and you always want him to win. Also the relationship he has with his brother is admirable. Anyway I'm just a fan man. J.Cole said, " to love is to want for someone more than they want for themselves". I guess I love a lot 🙌🏾

What I like about this guy is he's good at dancing. I repeated that intro many times during his fight. And he is a WEEB!

For real tho, vitorri did a great job matrixing away from that ? kick. He prepared for the fight.. good to see. It didn't help in the end, but good to know he puts the work in on the tape
