I start my Christmas decorating in early or late November. I don't like decorating too early because it takes away from the other holidays. We start putting our outdoor lights out the day after Thanksgiving. The tree goes up a few days after that.

Hi Rebecca 😊 my favorite Diy is the paint stained and leopard print pumpkin Diy. I would have never thought of leopard print and pumpkins but it is super cute! I have pretty much finished Fall decorations and have moved on to Christmas planning and Diys. But I always start early 😂 I loved your Sweet Shoppe theme last year so I am doing my version of it for the kids. It's all about the kids this Christmas. My favorite is the leopard pumpkin duo. I went to DT today - if I recall, they had the pumpkin napkin holder thing but not the layered wood pumpkin. I need to stop shopping and start making. No, I’m not done decorating for fall. I start on September 1, and that even seems too early since it’s been 100 degrees for weeks in Central Texas. I think mid-October is a good time to start Christmas projects. But I’ll probably still be making leopard pumpkins. 🙃

I usually do not do monthly decorations. I decorate for the seasons this way it lasts for 3 months. Yes, it does look like stone. I think that tray looks much better that stained. However, whenever you like to put up Christmas is fine for me. I enjoy watching you do your diy's. I guess tgey don't say happy winter if you live in the North of the U.S. Where I live tgey do say happy winter. Our summer temperature is extremely bad. This summer we've been between 106° degrees to 114° degrees. For us here winter is a blessing when we get it.

I love how you used the cork on the pumpkin. It might look more "trendy" if it was covering half the pumpkin but I like it in the middle only. Also, it was nice to see the floral options, that is so hard for me so seeing possibilities was great. While animal prints are not my style, I thought your paint splotch then use of a Sharpie was very clever. The result is very leopardy! 🐆

You did a nice job on those leopard print pumpkins. Dollar Tree has leopard print scarves I made so many things to sell at a craft fair, but due to pandemic was cancelled. These are now going to be Christmas gifts and decor. I'm all set, so keep those Fall diys coming😍

As a retired teacher, I would have loved that pumpkin for pencils, etc. However, I taught high school and every time I decorated pencils so I could tell they were mine, they disappeared! Even teenagers like cute pens and pencils! I’m keeping summer until the very last minute! I need to clean and put my stuff away. Fall can come after that, and Christmas around Halloween. I’m talking about planning and getting things ready. You don’t need to put Christmas stuff up at Halloween, but you can plan.

Its never to early for Christmas for me. My Dollas Tree Supervisor got all excited when she saw filling my cart withXmas decor supplies.I'm at the store so much she knows who I am .I love to start early because I live in VT a sm state I have One am store and live 59-60 miles from all the stores like Hobby lobby Michaels ECT and I have a hard time finding things The things in your basket ate an example.
