The video I needed!! I just went shopping a few weeks ago for a cruise last week and took many of your tips into the dressing room. This is even better! Will be utilizing these for many, many months. That's what my belly looks like, but I need to work on gut health this next few months because I bloat out nearly daily by the end of the day, so I begin looking great and end with a massive bloat problem. Lost my appendix 5 years ago. Looking through utube. Stumbeled on dr berg. Did keto. Was 140 lbs patite and 57. Lost 30 lbs and never felt better. Lost extra weight even a year or two larer. My smallest was 94 lbs. Ive avwraged out at 16 to 120. Healthy fasting or just one meal a day. Best devision I ever made. See for yourself. See if it makes sence to you.
