Dear Sir, We have faced the following problems during your work in our Hyderabad office. 01. First of all your visiting/inspection team Vs your execution team work is not matched due to the lack of communication or lack of points not inspected properly by your team hence the execution team persons are confusing or not able to done the work properly. Then they are saying this is not in our quote/scope so we have to give new quote for this work like that many problems are facing. 02. The work has got delayed due to non availability of manpower, non availability of materials, so your work schedule has postponed many times. ultimately your completion schedule date has delayed. Because of your delay our directors / Managers have stayed hotels and this caused financial loss and inconvenience . 03. We have been paid the 70% payment as per your schedule due to some non availability of our signatory, 30% payment not able to done in time. But your people not co-operating and harassing for payment and stopped the work till the payment done .and also after the payment done you people are started the work immediately will take atleast one weeks time to start the work. 04. There are some water leakage problems occurred in the work done by you. 05. After the work handover we have observed many works are not upto the mark / not proper finished condition. Some painting marks here and there, gumming dots are there in carpentory work…etc. 06. Overall we have not satisfied the work done from Asian paints.
