I love how he realised the only way to beat these guys is to focus more on the acceleration to give him that head start which is why he had to re train himself from the beginning and start lift off from his left foot instead of his right

Not much he could do. His legs are shorter which gives him a faster acceleration but that in turns makes his top end speed weaker. Bolt is opposite, long legs & slow acceleration but fast top end speed. He's usually behind others at the start but he catches up at midpoint & wins the race. The same analogy can be put on car tires. The smaller the tire the faster the acceleration but top end speed is better with slightly bigger tires.

It’s hit strides and being a shorter guy he has the quick acceleration but it’s basically impossible for him to increase his top speed at this point

Talk about reaching! You can only talk about records at distances that were agreed upon prerace. This is because the actual distance being run dictates strategy (and thus sub-distance splits). There is an infinite number of points between 0 and 100m. Why are people focusing on the 30m and 60m marks? It's as meaningless as asking who ran the fastest in the first 9m or 22m. Because it was a 100m race, the only thing that matters is who got to the 100m mark first, and in what time.
