Lovely album Kona. Your albums are always well coordinated throughout and have so many hidden places. The 'wave' is a nice take on the little borders you often see to tuck in photos and I love the flip flap section at the back. Thank you for sharing.

hello kona . I love all your video's you are my biggest inspiration . May I ask what kind of paper is the crocodil paper for the spine. I use for mine albums only paper that dont tare it on the spine but love the shiny crocodil design . how it called ? is this also paper that dont tare ? thanks . Xxx scrapqueen

+scrap queen Aloha! The textured paper was bought in England at Hobbycraft. Since moving back to America I've found that flocked paper, which can be found in the single sheet isle, is great for covering a spine. It's very strong and sturdy. Here are some examples at Michaels: www.michaels.com/search?q=flocked%20paper. They have just plain flocked paper with no design that comes in black, white, and gray also. I hope that helps!

Thanks so much! Material would work as well. You just need really great adhesive. I have been dying to make a mini album that I can use stretch jean material to cover the spine. Eventually I'll get around to it! Happy scrapping!

Wow, wow, wow!! I love this so much. I am going to buy the tutorial this week, I was just wondering if it matters where the flap is on the envelopes? And if it matters what shape the flaps are? Hi Haley! Thanks so much for the compliments. I really appreciate it. To answer your question about the envelopes: It doesn't matter where the flaps are situated on the envelopes because they are going to be taped shut anyway. If you can't find the right envelopes you can certainly create the pages with card stock and cut them to the right dimensions. Aloha! Thanks so much for the compliment. I created a template at first and made the small photo matte waves using the template. For the larger waves I created a cut file on my Silhouette Cameo which made things much easier.
