Almond Choco Crunch
mold size: 6cm x 4cm each
Ingredients 材料:
*Original corn flakes 原味玉米片: 40 g
*Dark chocolate chips 黑巧克力豆: 70 g
*Baked sliced almonds 熟杏仁片: 20 g
(Baked at 290F (~145C) for about 5 minutes 烤約5分鐘左右)
How to make 做法:
*Crush the corn flakes (do not over crush it)
玉米片壓碎 (不要壓太碎)
*Melt the chocolate chips using a double-boiler
巧克力隔水加熱融化
*Add corn flakes & baked almonds into melted chocolate, stir well
融化之後加入玉米片&熟杏仁片 攪拌均勻
*Transfer the mixture into the mold then press down to make it tight
倒入模具 壓緊
*Harden in the fridge for at least 20 minutes
冰冰箱20分鐘以上
