※ 안녕하세요~^^ 오늘은 벽돌과 철판을 사용해 오븐을 만들고 라따뚜이를 먹었답니다~ 철판으로는 처음 도전해보는 거라 완벽하게 하고싶었지만ㅜ
생각보다 조금 아쉬웠던 부분들이 있었던것같아요~ 그래도 끝까지 봐주시길 부탁드립니다~^^
- 벽돌(점토벽돌)은 총 120장 사용했구요~ 그중 6장을 반으로 잘라 사용했습니다.
- 철판 두께 6t
① 66 X 76cm (네모타공)
② 66 X 77cm (네모타공+오븐뚜껑 거치 중간단+1cm)
③ 66 X 76cm (75mm연통)
- 화구는 맨아래 한곳에서 불을 피우고 불길이 오븐칸뒤를 통해 위로 올라가 맨윗칸 앞쪽 연통으로 이동하도록 만들었습니다.
- 맨위 철판도 불길이 올라오고 온도도 잘올랐습니다. (고기를 구워먹어도 좋을것같아요:)
- 메뉴는 라따뚜이 였는데 파프리카, 양파, 허브등을 넣고 토마토 소스를 미리 만들어 두었습니다~
- 20분 정도 오븐에서 구웠습니다~

와 대단해요^@^ 철판 무게는 괜찮을 것 같고 밑판에 잘 안착되도록 슬라이드 판을 보강하고, 기울어진 것도 손보면 좋겠어요(방 구울때 버터가 한쪽으로 쏠리는 것을 보니 기울어진 것 같아서요) 벽돌 오븐 같은거 하나 있음 정말 행복할 듯 ㅎㅎ;; 그런데 넓은 마당도 필요하고 ㅠㅠ 능력 밖이네요~재밌게 잘봤어요
