This dish looks amazing! I can't wait to try it! My family and I cannot consume alcohol. What can I use instead?
@JiaChoiChef2 жыл бұрын
You may just omit the alcohol. The taste doesn’t change much. Thank you for the comment!🥰

Hi i am like to make Asian recipes with original recipe do if i use apple or kiwi it will be original recipes do they in south Korea they use kiwi or apple too please reply ? 🥰
@JiaChoiChef2 жыл бұрын
Asian pear is typically used in authentic recipes. You may use a little bit of kiwi as well, because it also has an enzyme that tenderizes the beef. But apple is not normally used in this dish.

Do some Korean people use kiwi too ?
@JiaChoiChef2 жыл бұрын
Yes. Specially during summer, because asian pear is rare and expensive during warm weather.
