한 삼십년쯤 친정집 주택골목 초입에 호떡을 파시는 분 계셧었는데 늘 야채호떡이 초절정 인기 상품이 있었드랫죠~~고등학생때 먹던 야채호떡을 결혼임신후십년만에 찾아가니 아주머니께서 편찮으셔서 더이상 만들지않는다는 얘길듣고 어찌나 슬프던지;;;; 초절정인기메뉴엿던 야채호떡이 생각나는 영상이네요. 함 해봐야겟어요.

it's not just rice flour but it's glutinous rice flour it's different it will produce chewy crispy texture. I don't think potato starch can be use as a replacement.
