To minimize looseness that causes racking with slotted assemblies like this, you can try experimenting with a small taper in the last 3cm so the parts fit really tight. They will compress over time, but remain tighter than when you leave the tolerances from the start. With CNC this is easy to do.

how thick is your birch plywood ? mm is fine. I've been looking to do something similar with book storage boxes which setup to become a book shelf stack. this is very elegant in it's alignment features, you did a great job. Also - when I was a child I'd never thought about dogs not understanding other languages and couldn't figure out why my English wasn't getting results from a neighbor's dog which was accustomed to hearing Spanish phrases. And here I learn Korean dogs understand Korean too... maybe it's because each letter is a block syllable in Korean ... oh wait, they can't read. :)

holy crap! you have a full sized truck?! every time i see a truck from "not USA" its always a small truck, and i think "is every person in every other country soft, or less productive?" "how do they tow old cars home when they find one they like?" or "is our country the only one with wilderness, or off-road trails?" seeing a full sized truck outside the of US honestly warms my heart. thank you for including that appearance, and im sorry that you have to buy gas for it. 😁
