Sub-Zero Pro Series Refrigerators

I have a Sub Zero Pro 48 for over 17 years, and the solid construction has been a both a plus and issue. I must confess if I was in need of a new fridge today, I likely not choose this. The reason is more to do with how I cook. The lack of door shelves makes my fridge very hard to organize. I cook a lot and cook asian and western cuisine. Asian recipes have a lot of sauces that I need to refrigerate after opening and this has been a headache for me to organize in the fridge. I have tried different organzation bins to keep in out of the way but still takes up a lot of real estate in the fridge. The sliding rack feature in the current models would have been so useful to me but my version the bottom rack is fixed. Cleaning the unit is also another challenge for me (first world problem?) with the heavy shelves and drawers. Nevertheless, I will keep using this fridge for hopefully many years to come and hopefully I can find a better way to keep all the bottles and jars organized!

It’s definitely a tough one to choose, but if the right features aren’t there to fit your needs, it’s important to look at other options!
